Our horizontal honey extractors are the heaviest and largest components of our automated production lines. Typically, we manufacture them with 44, 60, or 80 frames. For smaller honey frames (half NB, half Dadant), we also offer solutions with up to 100 frames, based on customer requirements. For medium-sized frames, we produce machines with 44, 60, or 80 frames. The side slats of the frames can be either straight or equipped with frame shoulders. In both cases, honey extraction works efficiently, and we confidently recommend our machines for both types of frames. However, the technology does not allow for frame spacers that are not made from the frame’s own material, such as nails or screws driven into the sides of the slats.
We equip all sizes of machines with a cleaning door, which facilitates maintenance and cleaning of the machines. Our machines can be securely fastened to concrete for stability. As an option, you can choose an air heating inlet and doors that open to 90 degrees. Made from 100% acid-resistant stainless steel, the drum plate has a thickness of 1.5 mm, providing a very robust appearance. The control electronics, equipped with a safety switch and thermal protection, are available with automatic programs or in a manual version, based on customer preferences.

The dryer is equipped with an LED lamp and a double glazed thermally insulated door, thus the drying process can be controlled without door opening, without heat loss. The walls are insulated with polyester, and covered with Glasboard from the outside. The Glasboard is waterproof and hard, as well as easy to clean. It is not attacked by mould or rust and therefore does not corrode.
This material is used in an increased requirement for hygiene and cleaning ability. The interior of the machine is made of aluminium sheet, the air inlets are made of stainless steel.
The strength of the airflow is adjustable.

Drying of the pollen:

• Set the temperature to 40 ° C.
• Turn up the two ventilation valves until the gap becomes 1 cm wide.
• One ventilation valve is located on the left side, the other on the top of the device.
• When turning up, the valve rotates clockwise.
• The drying of the pollen takes about 12-24 hours.

The thawing of the honey::

• Set the temperature to 50 ° C.
• Close the ventilation valves.
• When closing the ventilation valve rotates counter-clockwise.
• The thawing of the honey takes about 12-24 hours.
